A Healthy Drink

My friend Angie showed me this drink and I think it tastes just fine. Here are the ingredients that you have to have to make this drink.

You need this much of these ingredients to make this drink:
1 - 2 tsp of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar
1 - 2 tsp of Unfiltered Honey
1 tsp of Ceylon Cinnamon

In an 8-ounce glass, first add your cinnamon and drizzle in your honey.  You'll want to mix this up as a paste.  This keeps your cinnamon from clumping up.  Then, stir in your vinegar until well mixed.  Now, keep stirring as you fill the rest of the glass with cold water.

Then, you drink it and feel better.
